My Best Baby Shower Experience On a Party Boat

Baby showers are exciting occasions that commemorate the birth of another family member. I have been to a good number of them,  but really, a baby shower held on a party boat is more than unique. It is the height of memorable experiences when it comes to organizing a baby shower. 

The best baby shower experience I’ve ever had was at my elder brother’s first son’s celebration on the Thames River some three years ago. There were many positive takeaways from this event, but some really stood out for me. The first thing I enjoyed most at this event is the quality of the food and drinks offered on the boat. It was a five-star experience with buffet service. We had a wide range of dishes on display, from local English meals to continental and intercontinental dishes. Being a multicultural family, meant everyone got something tasty to enjoy at the party.

Another thing I enjoyed most about this party was the beautiful skyline that existed atop the boat as we cruised on the river during the entire event. One could see London’s iconic skyline complimented by some of the world’s most unbelievable architectural works.  The party was mostly successful because of the boat choice made by my brother and his wife. They chose one of Thames Party Boat’s beautiful and expertly designed party boats for this event. The boat had several facilities, ranging from dance floors to a central bar with a wide variety of drinks on the deck and large glass windows, providing a near-perfect view of the water as we went along the river.

When it was all over, the photos, videos, and conversations that followed, showed how memorable this special event was to our family and other guests that were invited. For us, though, we remain indebted to Thames Party Boats for offering such amazing services on their luxury boats.
